We will not set you up through a nominee. Not as a favour, not because everyone else does it, not because you ask.
We will not promise you a return. We will show you how a number is built and let you decide whether you believe it. Anyone who gives you a percentage before they have seen the property is selling.
We will not show you something because it is available. If nothing is right this month, that is what we will tell you, and it is not a sales strategy.
We are not the developer and we are not the seller's agent. We have no properties of our own to place with you and no project we need to fill. That is what makes it possible for us to tell you to walk away.
We will not rush you. A deal that only works this week was never a deal.
And we will tell you when something is wrong, even when it costs us the sale. This is not a policy, it is the reason the company exists.
